They are spot on.  I read a little about them and learned a few interesting things.  They decide which songs to recreate and then coordinate which musicians are appropriate (they have assembled quite a stable of talent).  Then they isolate for about six weeks to study and learn their parts.  They reconvene and practice one night and make the videos the next day.  So, when they gather to perform, everyone knows their parts and the production is very efficient. 

Smart people doing great things.  ;)

Henry, over 50 in the project. Yep, that's how they do it but it needs to be noted that they are reproducing studio recordings perfectly and they are doing them live. Truly impressive.
