Sonic, yes this Transcendent is SE, look above the picture.
I would love to know the feeling of Transcendent owners.

Are you trying to diy it?  If so, look up Tubelab SSE or SE.  Cheaper, more output and better harmonic characteristic for single ended amp.  That Transcendent harmonics don't look good (not single ended like).  https://www.transcendentsound.com/mini-beast.html

Hi all,

This is a very long time I didn't peep around ! I am pleased to see that most names are still around.
I have a question for you all experts. What would you prefer as amp for a 92/97db 8ohm speakers, some single full range and some two ways , Transcendent OTL New mini beast or Decware SET UFO ?
In others words what are the advantages/disavantages of each ?

Michel

Yep, he's officially older.  I'm on his heels as well.  Happy birthday Ed.  I think his b-day was on May 5th and he's still vertical.  Well done for a motorcycle riding hillbilly.  And that's the Truth.  ;D

Never heard of it before. Is that a pro Russia site?
Even if you've never heard of it, you have basically seen it via contemporary American mainstream media because they are modeled after it and yes, it's Russian.  https://www.britannica.com/topic/Pravda

I'll keep watching my mainly European news from several different countries.
That's understandable.  By the way, you aren't including Pravda News, are you?

Congrats!  Room interaction with speakers brings the biggest effects on sound reproduction.
